  2. Refunds are not part of our policy. However, defective or incorrect products can be exchanged after review.
  3. Once a lens or accessory is opened, it’s no longer eligible for exchange. Kindly inspect your parcel before breaking the seal.
  4. Items on sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  5. If you’d like to exchange an unopened item, simply contact our support within 12 hours of delivery. You’ll be guided step-by-step. Note: return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Always follow your eye care professional’s advice.
  2. Most of our colored lenses are monthly-use. Replace after 90 days max from opening.
  3. Rinse with multi-purpose solution before and after every use. Never use tap water or homemade alternatives.
  4. Use a clean case and fresh solution each time. No shortcuts here!
  5. Remove lenses immediately. Clean them or consult your eye doctor if discomfort continues.
  6. Don’t wear lenses that are folded, dried out, or come in broken/tampered blisters. Notify us right away.
